The Young Entrepreneurs Project at Cabrillo College

Think about it. Own and run your own business!

Sessions, O’Neil’s, The Crow’s Nest, West Marine Products,The Boardwalk, Bookshop Santa Cruz, Bill’s Wheels, Bunnys Shoes, Pacific Cookie Company, Bicycle Trip and many more businesses you know were started by entrepreneurs.
Learn how to start a business in one month in the Young Entrepreneurs Project.

  • 9 meetings, Tuesdays/Thursdays (Coming in Spring of 2012) at Cabrillo College.
  • Brainstorm business ideas with professional mentors and coaches.
  • Write a business plan working with friends, other students in class or on your own.
  • Produce presentation and marketing materials. We provide mentors and materials.
  • Pitch your ideas to local business professionals and college professors.
  • You gain business experience and professional contacts, letters of recommendation and important experience for college and job applications.
  • Who knows? You may gain a mentor and a chance to launch your own business.
